Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Utah is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory, calling on small- and medium-sized businesses with supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit their employees. You will train initially and receive ongoing support from a high-performing veteran sales team.

You will schedule in-person meetings, build a client portfolio, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with autonomy and daily discipline.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
