Job summary

Turtle is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Associate to join our team in Upstate, NY. The role offers full-time employment in Cheektowaga, NY with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 plus uncapped commissions.

You will manage and grow existing accounts and pursue new business, with travel within the territory required. The position emphasizes selling, product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, nationwide

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.
Must be able to travel within an assigned territory and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
Grow business by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify objectives and needs.
Process product quotations with inside sales and provide follow-up through purchasing cycle.
Travel within territory; drive a vehicle and maintain a good driving record.
