Job summary

Turtle is seeking an Outside Sales Associate for its Warminster, PA location. The role focuses on selling and promoting electrical distribution products, expanding existing accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory.

You will coordinate quotations and build lasting customer relationships, with travel required to service clients across the territory. A strong background in lighting/gear products helps, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Industrial and/or Commercial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in at least one sales area: Industrial, OEM, Automation, Lighting, Power Distribution or Energy.

Responsibilities

• Selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products.
• Growing business by selling to new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Identifying customer objectives and preferences to tailor solutions.
• Handling product quotations and coordinating with inside sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.
