Job summary

RestorePro is hiring a field-based Outside Sales Representative to own commercial relationships in the Greenville, SC market. You’ll build a referral pipeline, meet with property managers and insurance partners, and drive new accounts through prospecting and in-person visits.

The role offers a base salary of $65K–$75K plus uncapped commissions, with income potential well over $100K, a company vehicle, gas card, and a supportive sales organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Comfortable using a CRM and managing your day through phone, tablet, and web-based tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory, including some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with property managers, adjusters, and facility leaders across your territory.
• Open new accounts through prospecting, cold outreach, phone calls, and in-person visits.
• Have consultative conversations about how clients handle property damage today, and where RestorePro’s emergency response fits.
• Educate referral partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Show up at networking functions, association meetings, and after-hours industry events.
• Log activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Work with operations and leadership so every client gets the outcome you promised.

Outside Sales Representative – Property Restoration

Location: Greater Greenville, SC Metro | Field-based territory role

Pay: $65,000–$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission | $100K+ income potential | Company vehicle + gas card

What we need now is a business development professional to own our commercial relationships in a protected territory and turn that reputation into a steady, growing referral pipeline. The territory is yours to build, and it stays yours.

Who You’ll Build Relationships With

What a Typical Week Looks Like
