Woodgrain is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for Idaho Falls, ID to drive sales within an assigned territory. The role involves meeting sales goals, building a robust customer pipeline, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to align targets with company strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
• Outside sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to set targets and opportunities.
• Develop account pipeline and manage partner national accounts where applicable.
• Present proposals and transition plans to customers and ensure smooth handoffs.
