Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Deptford, NJ territory and grow business with independent repair facilities, local fleets, and government entities. The role requires living in the territory and building long-term value-based relationships within Territory 908.

You will develop plans, present proposals, and work with cross-functional teams while focusing on prospecting to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Formación

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter sales mentality.
• Self-motivation and drive.
• Automotive background/knowledge preferred.
• Integrity and honesty.

Responsabilidades

• Sell using a proven system with marketing support.
• Develop plans to leverage all sales opportunities in territory.
• Prospect for independent repair facilities, fleets, government accounts.
• Prepare needs assessments and sales proposals.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production and distribution.
• Plan and manage accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Introduce new products and updates.
• Focus on prospecting to grow the business.
• Dayshift; 1–2 overnights per month.
