Job summary

RECREATION INSTALLATION LLC in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to develop new business opportunities and manage projects throughout the sales cycle within the DFW territory. The role combines field autonomy with relationship-building to design, plan, and deliver playground and recreational space projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow market share.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with schools, municipalities, HOAs, churches, and developers.
• Conduct site visits and playground surveys to assess project requirements.
• Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project designs.
• Present project concepts and solutions to clients.
• Manage projects through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal design and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build long‑term client relationships within your territory.
