This role involves managing customer relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction for ready-mix concrete products. Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the construction or ready-mix industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years in a related sales field or direct ready-mix industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, job site visits, and networking.
• Prepare bids, estimates, and proposals for projects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure product quality and delivery schedules meet customer expectations.
