Job summary

Colorful Concrete Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Wisconsin to engage homeowners and businesses, assess needs, and guide them to CCS coating systems.

You will visit sites, prepare quotes, manage a growing pipeline, and collaborate with production and office teams to deliver a smooth customer experience while growing CCS presence in the Greater Milwaukee/Southeast Wisconsin region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience in home services, construction, coatings, flooring, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and in-person.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and presenting solutions to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: experience selling technical or service-based offerings.
• Preferred: familiarity with estimating or job costing.
• Preferred: knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee or Southeast Wisconsin market.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand project goals and recommend CCS coating solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments, take measurements, and prepare accurate quotes.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through signed agreement.
• Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Respond to inbound leads and support marketing-driven campaigns.
• Participate in local events, home shows, and community outreach to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, estimates, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work closely with Production Manager to ensure project handoff and scheduling.
