Job summary

Rugby Holdings LLC invites an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a regional customer base across Southern Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. You will represent a full line of building materials, develop new business, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The role offers commission-based earnings with a guaranteed draw, plus competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and life/disability coverage.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years sales experience, outside sales preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Rugby products to current customers in the region, paid on commission.
• Grow sales by acquiring new customers across the territory.
• Communicate customer needs to the branch for optimized product mix.
• Coordinate with inside sales to align sales efforts.
• Accompany vendors’ reps to customer accounts as needed.
