Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base across the New England territory from Portland, ME to Andover, MA, including NH and parts of VT. You will represent our full product line, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and a guaranteed draw for up to six months.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of sales experience, outside/territory sales preferred.
• Knowledge of millwork or building materials desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell our products to current customers in the region focusing on customer service.
• Grow sales by expanding the customer base to new accounts throughout the territory.
• Communicate customer needs to branches to optimize product mix and future sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales to ensure a synchronized sales effort.
• Join vendors’ reps on calls as needed to address customer concerns.
