Job summary

QXO is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable growth by developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory. You will build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and commercial customers, delivering solutions and outstanding service in a fast-paced, field-based role.

The candidate thrives on meeting sales goals, manages multiple accounts, and travels frequently to customer sites and jobsites across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years outside sales or territory sales experience.
• Experience within building materials, construction, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP/business software; willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and customer visits.
• Grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on customer acquisition and account growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and effectively manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed established sales, margin, and customer growth objectives.
