Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in technical or building automation environments.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and CRM.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with contractors, engineers, facility teams, owners, and end users.
• Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for building automation and controls integration.
• Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding goals, site conditions, budgets, schedules, and decisions.
• Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and field teams to develop scopes and proposals.
• Maintain a clean pipeline, forecast, and follow-up through the sales process.
• Represent Setpoint Systems in meetings, site walks, and industry events.
