Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple store components and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales, monitor budgets and P&L, and ensure safe, clean facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations including store, fuel, and food services.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility with maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and act on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
