Job summary

Harmar Mobility LLC is seeking a Territory Business Consultant to grow dealer partnerships and provide technical training for installation and service of home accessibility products. Travel up to 60% across Canada and the US will be required, with on-site and virtual training sessions.

You will assist dealers, conduct product training, and work with credit and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations while expanding the product line with Harmar/Pollock Elevators.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably with electrical and mechanical products.
• Associate degree or trade certification in a technical field; or 4+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Well-organized, able to manage travel and prioritize multiple issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow current business in the assigned territory meeting or exceeding company objectives; develop new business in assigned territory by finding new customers and adding new product lines to existing customers.
• Conduct training sessions (in-person in Sarasota, FL, virtually, or on-site at dealer locations in Canada)
• Deliver phone and email support for installation, service, and product questions
• Lead facility and field training for stairlift, vertical platform lifts, and elevator products
• Create sales orders and process return material authorizations for repair parts
• Assist technical support and training teams with special projects as needed
