Job summary

Harmar Mobility in Sarasota, FL, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own and grow our mobility and accessibility product portfolio. You will translate customer and market needs into compelling product strategies, own P&L, and drive pricing, development, and lifecycle improvements across functions.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Tech Service to deliver market-leading products. Travel up to 10% to meet customers, dealers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in new product development initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of profit/loss drivers and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, profitability, and long-term strategy of assigned product lines.
• Identify and prioritize new products, features, and improvements.
• Develop customer requirements, product charters, and business plans for new initiatives.
• Participate in voice of the customer activities and research programs.
• Lead new product development from concept to launches with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Tech Service to advance product initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, warranty activity, pricing, costs, and market share.
• Create product dashboards and recommend corrective actions.
