Qualifications

• Experience in operations, field service, fleet maintenance, or transportation.
• Strong scheduling, routing, and dispatching skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deployment and scheduling of Mobile Technicians.
• Match technicians to customer needs based on location, urgency, and skill.
• Maintain visibility into availability, scheduled work, and customer needs.
• Partner with OpCo leadership and dispatch to maintain coverage.
• Adjust schedules based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Improve routing to increase utilization, productivity, and response times.
• Communicate customer commitments and technician expectations
• Monitor mobile work and address delays, coverage gaps, or operational issues.
• Confirm work quality, documentation, and customer expectations.
• Escalate significant operational concerns to TNFS and OpCo leadership.
