Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to service institutional facilities across multiple sites in Albuquerque and surrounding area. The role includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and after-hours emergency response within a defined territory.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building systems, working independently with strong problem-solving skills while maintaining safety standards and documentation in CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope.
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to travel long distances.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building systems including HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and building systems.
• Travel between sites to respond to work orders and emergencies.
• Execute preventive maintenance and inspections to meet SLAs.
• Process work orders in CMMS and document activities.
• Coordinate routes and maintain company vehicles in safe condition.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and site access as needed.
