Job summary

Signature Retail Services in Manassas, VA is seeking a Merchandising Area Supervisor to lead store execution across a multi-store territory. You will train field service reps, oversee merchandising activities, and partner with clients to uphold standards.

The role requires travel, a valid drivers license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer benefits and pay rate $21–$23 per hour, with full-time W-2 status.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or training experience in merchandising.
• Must be 21+ with valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Smartphone with call/text/email for in-store reporting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to service stores across the territory using a personal vehicle.
• Train and mentor a team of field service representatives.
• Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities (planogram resets, displays, inventory, signage).
• Monitor new hire progress and provide coaching.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for store management and project managers.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive performance.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth.
