Job summary

Signature Retail Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Merchandising Area Supervisor to lead store execution, train field staff, and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Based in or near Phoenix, you will travel to service stores, oversee planogram resets, displays, and inventory adjustments while coaching a high-performing team.

The role offers full-time hours, a $20.00-$23.00 hourly wage based on experience, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Previous supervisory or training experience in merchandising.
• Personal smartphone for in-store reporting and surveys.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support a team of field service representatives to ensure execution and standards.
• Oversee in-store merchandising activities, including planogram resets, display installations, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.
• Monitor new hire progress, complete reporting, and identify coaching opportunities.
