Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Merchandising Area Supervisor based in or near Asheville, NC to lead store execution and develop field talent across a dynamic territory. You will train, mentor, and support field service staff while ensuring high standards in merchandising, planogram resets, and display installations.

The role involves travel across stores, coaching new hires, and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Previous supervisory or training experience in merchandising
• Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting
• Willingness to travel between multiple store locations

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to service stores throughout the territory using personal vehicle
• Train, mentor, and support a team of field service representatives
• Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities (planogram resets, displays, inventories, signage)
• Travel to train new hires in-store and model best practices
• Monitor progress, complete reporting, identify coaching opportunities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with client expectations
• Serve as the primary contact for store management and field leadership
• Proactively resolve issues and drive performance with coaching
• Foster accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth
