Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Previous supervisory or training experience in merchandising.
• Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
• Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs.
• Roles involve physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to service stores throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.
• Train, mentor, and support a team of field service representatives to ensure execution and adherence to standards.
• Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities: planogram resets, displays, inventory adjustments, signage placement.
• Monitor new hire progress, reporting, and coaching opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership within the territory.
• Proactively resolve issues, drive performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth.
