Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Merchandising Area Supervisor based in or near Clifton Heights, PA to lead store execution and develop field talent. The role requires travel across the territory, managing a team of field service reps and partnering with clients to uphold standards.

The ideal candidate will train staff, oversee planogram resets, displays, and signage while ensuring timely project delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Previous supervisory or training experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to service stores throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.
• Train, mentor, and support a team of field service representatives to ensure execution and standards.
• Oversee in-store merchandising activities including planogram resets, displays, inventory, and signage.
• Monitor new hire progress, complete required reporting, and identify coaching opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership in the territory.
• Proactively resolve issues, drive performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
