Job summary

Wonderful Sales in West Chester, PA is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to grow our brand presence in grocery stores across a 100+ mile radius. You will build relationships with store managers, arrange in-store displays, stock shelves, and support marketing initiatives.

The role requires a reliable driver with a clean record, early starts at 7am, occasional travel to Los Angeles 3-4 times a year, and residence within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting grocery store products and building store partnerships.
• Ability to persuade store managers to display and purchase against competitors.
• Proven ability to manage a large territory and daily drive time.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 90+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range territory
• Determine best store locations for displays by moving and setting up shelves
• Rotate and stock all company products on each grocery store call
• Maintain schematic integrity during store remodels and openings
• Develop relationships with retailer personnel to facilitate account penetration
• Sell and maintain distribution of products across stores in the territory
• Record data gathering via company handheld devices
• Execute marketing initiatives including POS and coupon programs
• Provide daily chain-specific information and communication
