Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Philadelphia is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock areas, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to travel between locations.

Rate of Pay is $20.00 per hour. You will train Sales Merchandisers, educate store personnel on product lines, maintain high standards, and report progresses to the Market Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand/product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device effectively and responsibly.
