Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Professional Sales Representative to execute tactics from Marketing and Sales plans and deliver balanced presentations to a defined list of customers. The role covers an assigned geographical territory with regular visits to healthcare practitioners to execute the plan of action.

You will engage in business planning, maintain territory coverage, and complete administrative tasks while adhering to PDMA guidelines and company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science major preferred but not required.
• 1 year or more outside sales experience; life science industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all product sales goals for assigned territory.
• Develop comprehensive sales presentations using approved materials.
• Maintain knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
• Deliver presentations to current and prospective customers with planned frequency.
• Implement selling model and process principles in engagements with customers.
• Complete pre and post call analysis to improve customer interactions.
• Review and analyze sales data and manage budget funds as needed.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
• Develop a daily call schedule for efficient territory coverage.
• Complete administrative reports and meet deadlines.
• Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle).
• Maintain a call average of 8+ per day and 40+ per week with healthcare providers.
• Enter calls into Veeva System via iPad and respond to email daily.
