Amplity is seeking a Professional Sales Representative to implement tactics from Marketing and Sales plans across a defined territory. You will deliver balanced sales presentations to current and prospective customers, calling on healthcare providers with a regular frequency and planning activities to ensure consistent coverage.

In this role you will use all approved materials, maintain knowledge of disease states, and strive to increase product sales while adhering to regulatory requirements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science background preferred but not required.
• 1 year or more successful outside sales experience; life science industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve all product sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment.
• Distribute samples and record sample transactions per company policy and PDMA guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all approved marketing materials.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
• Deliver sales presentations to defined customers with frequency based on call goals.
• Implement selling model and process principles, including the DiSC profile when engaging customers.
• Complete pre and post call analysis to positively impact interactions.
• Regularly review and analyze sales data and manage developmental budget funds.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
• Develop a daily call schedule for territory coverage.
• Complete administrative reports and meet deadlines.
• Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle).
• Maintain a call average of 8+ per day and 40+ per week with top target customers.
• Enter calls into Veeva System via iPad and respond to email daily.
