ForMotion, a global network of Orthotic & Prosthetic patient care clinics, is seeking an experienced medical sales professional to drive referrals and develop relationships with physician offices in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on growing a diverse referral network across surgical specialties and allied health providers.

You will leverage CRM data, market research, and clinical product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our prosthetic patient services and ensure ongoing

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4–7 years of medical sales experience preferred.
• Proven success growing and cultivating a territory with quarterly/monthly quota achievement.
• Experience selling referral-based services in orthotics & prosthetics or related healthcare field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and increase referrals selling prosthetic patient services to provider offices.
• Establish, foster, and grow relationships with surgeons and referral sources.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with referral coordinators, case managers, nurses, and front office staff.
• Use CRM and data to identify new referral sources and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinic operations to coordinate patient referrals and track progress.
