Job summary

Tactile Medical in Memphis seeks a Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager to drive full-cycle consultative sales of our at-home therapy devices. You will educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and other products to improve quality of life for lymphedema patients.

The role requires strong interpersonal and closing skills, travel within the territory, and the ability to train customers on disease state, reimbursement, and our product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) required or combined education/work experience.
• 1+ years outside/inside sales OR 2+ years patient-facing clinical experience OR 1+ years in patient-facing or sales support at Tactile.
• Outside demos and clinical experience with lymphedema preferred; proven patient and clinician interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, meetings, demos, and closing.
• Educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and products.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and answer patient questions.
• Support Territory Account Manager with sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, in all activities.
