Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Territory Account Manager in the United States to educate therapists, physicians, and patients on our at-home therapy solutions such as the Flexitouch System. This role focuses on developing territory sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while addressing reimbursement and training concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales or clinical experience, with the ability to travel within the territory and lift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience (4 years).
• 3+ years outside/inside sales OR 1+ year medical sales OR 4+ years patient-facing clinical.
• 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience.
• Preferred: healthcare sales experience with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other Tactile Medical products.
• Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
