Job summary

Converge Medical Technology, LLC seeks a Sales Representative to expand access to patient-centered care. This role travels in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas, building relationships with providers and delivering innovative treatment solutions to patients.

You will drive revenue growth by navigating VA, workers’ compensation, DoL, and personal injury referral pathways, while educating patients and coordinating in-home device delivery. Start date: August 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; sales experience in a related industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to visit patients’ homes when required.
• Must live in Pittsburgh, PA or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by navigating VA, Workers Compensation, DoL and Personal Injury processes to exceed revenue goals.
• Build trusted provider relationships with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists.
• Deliver devices to patients’ homes and educate them on program use, while monitoring progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
