Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking Territory Sales Managers to build relationships with doctors and clinics, grow your own territory, and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions. This field-based role includes in-home patient support and device delivery.

You will conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office demonstrations, deliver devices to patients, and follow up to create lasting impact. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your territory by building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
• Educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions and conduct product demonstrations
• Deliver devices to patients and train them on proper use
• Conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office presentations
• Perform ongoing follow-up to create long-term patient impact
