Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking motivated Territory Sales Managers to expand nationwide and help patients through non-opioid medical devices. This field-based role focuses on territory growth, provider relationships, and in-home patient support with device delivery.

You will educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions, conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office demonstrations, and personally deliver devices to patients while training them on proper use.

Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from:

$60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
