Assistance to Internal Stakeholders
- (R) Assess the extent of damaged cement and recommend the price for sale, based on defined norms.
- (R) Conduct godown inspections and rake inspections to monitor quality.
- (R) Verify the quality of Non-trade sites.
- (R) Verify 10% of shop and wall paintings.
Loyalty Program for Influencers
- (R) Identify and enroll members on the IT Platform (CLP), record off-take through dealers/influencers, and verify off-take through a robust mechanism.
People and Performance Management
- (R) Manage outsourced employees (MLE, LATF).
Pre and Post Sales Service to IHB Segment
- (R) Plan site visits, explore customer needs, organize site demonstrations and training for Masons & Helpers.
- (R) Provide Test Certificates upon request.
- (R) Test water quality at sites.
Product Promotion and Brand Equity Improvement
- (R) Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
Product Quality and Complaint Resolution
- (R) Address critical customer complaints at the depot, resolve issues, and provide feedback after resolution.
Sales Promotional Activities through Technical Initiatives
- (R) Ensure the effective conduct of I Outperform programs, meetings, and targets as per the plan and market requirements.
- (R) Prepare MIS reports based on inputs from Regional Offices and Depots, analyze, and report findings.
