Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking transportation professionals for business-to-business product/service sales in Philadelphia. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want a career in sales! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and looking to add new outside Territory Managers to the Philadelphia market.

The Territory Manager sales position offers the opportunity to develop superior selling skills, offer comprehensive business solutions in a small-to-mid size environment, and advance into senior roles by gaining experience selling to executive decision-makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President). This outside sales role focuses on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry, which has an unlimited prospect base. Our value proposition delivers best-in-class solutions while reducing operational costs for clients. This position is a career starter with potential for personal and professional growth and a strong income.

Responsibilities of the Territory Manager at Priority1
  • Prospecting new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling
  • Developing lead generation strategies and utilizing CRM tools to track activities
  • Selling and establishing new accounts
  • Managing accounts post-sale
Training and Development

We support our Territory Managers with top-tier training, including three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional advanced training opportunities. Trainings are held in Little Rock, AR, led by our experienced Executive Development Team, with immediate integration into the "Fast Start Program"—a three-month in-field training with upper management.

Minimum Requirements
  • Preferred: 2 years of freight sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; degrees in business, marketing, communication are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Active involvement in campus activities, especially athletic backgrounds
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and professional demeanor
  • Strong desire to succeed and be part of a winning team
Compensation
  • Base salary + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance + gas reimbursement
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life, disability insurances, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, PTO, and additional policies
