Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a field-based Partnership Development Specialist to grow the provider network and drive patient referrals in the Baltimore area. You’ll base from a home base and conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare practices, lunches, and drop-ins to show Nabi’s support for patients.

In this role you’ll build relationships with new and existing providers, demonstrate Nabi’s care model, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral process.

Qualifications

• Experience building trust with healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow through with engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunches, and practice visits to share Nabi's support.
• Grow relationships with existing providers to maintain referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's model and streamline referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth experiences.
• Manage territory from a home base and visit providers regularly.
