Territory Manager – PPE Life Sciences, Northeast

They are seeking a Territory Manager to join their PPE Life Sciences Sales team and lead growth initiatives across the Northeast region. Location: Remote – preferably Philadelphia area.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Life Sciences market.
- Identify and engage potential customers through referrals, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners and internal experts to deliver tailored safety solutions.
- Provide product training, on‑site assessments, and technical support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and Power BI; adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to support new initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales and customer interactions.
- Complete 150 hours of SEE AD training and achieve Gold Shield certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling into Life Sciences accounts.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willingness to travel within the territory (including occasional overnight travel).
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distribution, safety products, or manufacturing sales within Life Sciences.
- Knowledge of the distribution industry.
- Familiarity with blister pack machines, tablet compression equipment, mills, blenders, kettles, or mixers a plus.
