Job Description
As a Territory Manager for our Fiberon decking brand, you will work with customers of all sizes to meet sales goals by maintaining and growing relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and Contractors. You will implement promotions, programs, and processes with support from the inside sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in decking or building materials, a proven track record in successful pull-through sales with distributors, contractors, and builders, be highly autonomous, and be available to travel overnight up to 8-10 times a month.
This remote position is based in Portland, OR. The territory includes Northern Oregon, north of Bend, and Vancouver, WA.

Additional Information
The estimated base salary range is $98,000 - $113,000 USD. Salaries vary based on experience and other factors. Employees may also participate in bonuses or sales incentives.
