Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all sales activities within a defined geographic territory
  • Provide clinical support during procedures, ensuring product use and surgeon satisfaction
  • Develop and grow relationships with orthopedic surgeons, surgical teams, and supply chain staff
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals
  • Work collaboratively with Associate Sales Reps and regional leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of orthopedic, spine, extremities, and/or medical device sales experience required
  • Proven record of sales performance and quota attainment
  • Strong OR presence and understanding of surgical procedures
  • Driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
