Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of insurance experience within a carrier or agency.
• License by state if required.
• Able to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Leads territory and agency management processes across multiple territories and agencies.
• Establishes position as a trusted advisor delivering product, underwriting philosophy, appetite and training.
• Uses agency analysis and market insights to implement strategies for revenue and profit growth.
• Plans align with Personal Lines strategies including carrier consolidation and agency expansion.
• Drives new business flow with appropriate book mix and risk management.
• Identifies profit/quality concerns and communicates with partners to optimize profitability.
• Collaborates with underwriting, product management, claims, and risk control to capitalize on opportunities.
