Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Pain product adoption and execute a sales plan across the Houston area. You will educate Pain HCPs and deliver compliant customer service, collaborating with Field Reimbursement, RAE and sales leadership.

This role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. You will develop call plans, analyze territory dynamics, and build relationships with physicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharma or B2B sales experience.
• Based in or near the assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on key clinical attributes for approved indications.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve results.
• Educate healthcare providers on prescribing and product use.
• Provide patient support resources using approved materials.
• Complete training and certification for responsible products and disease states.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for total account management.
• Maintain CRM records and report on territory performance.
• Attend sales meetings and other business meetings.
