Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Territory Manager to grow adoption of Pain products and execute a compliant, data-driven territory plan.

You will be the primary contact for Pain HCPs, delivering disease and product education while upholding the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include building territory plans, educating providers, supporting patients with plan requirements and Rx fulfillment, and collaborating with Field Reimbursement, RAE and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Resides in or within close proximity to assigned geography required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on key clinical attributes for approved indications using approved promotional materials and a balanced presentation within a defined geography.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve and exceed business results through compliant means.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate and accurate product prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources (e.g., general health plan requirements, co-pay support and Rx fulfillment), using approved materials.
• Complete all administrative tasks (call reporting, expense management, required compliance training) in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM platform to support territory analytics and compliance documentation.
