Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Manhattan, NY, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of Pain products and execute a territory plan.

You will be the primary contact for HCPs, deliver disease and product education, and collaborate with Field Reimbursement, RAE and sales leadership to maximize access and sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing call plans, educating providers, providing patient support resources, and completing compliance training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Resides in or within close proximity to assigned geography required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on key clinical attributes for Pain products within assigned geography.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve business results.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate and accurate product prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources and use approved materials.
• Complete training and certification programs for all responsible products and disease states.
