Priority-1 Inc. in West Palm Beach is seeking college graduates for a business-to-business product/service sales role.

The Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition, engaging executive level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, VP) and developing solutions to reduce customers’ operating costs. Training spans three weeks with ongoing support through the Fast Start Program, including sessions in Little Rock, AR.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, communication preferred).
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended).
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished professional appearance and demeanor.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business (B2B, door-to-door, cold calling).
• Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts.
• Manage accounts you sell.

Training and Development

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training and ongoing support through the "Fast Start Program" and senior training opportunities. Training is conducted in Little Rock, AR.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $50,000 + uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance; reimbursement for gas receipts.
