Job summary

Stonhard in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls, develop new business, and maintain key accounts across industrial and commercial markets.

You will use Salesforce and ZoomInfo to keep accurate records, manage projects at installation sites with the Construction Division, and coordinate with crews, including occasional weekend/holiday work.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience, preferably construction/industrial/commercial.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning.
• Able to thrive in self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• Computer literacy including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with Stonhard's Construction Division approved installation crews (including occasional weekend/holiday installations).

Compensation

Base Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Uncapped earnings potential - get paid for your performance! Outside Sales Reps that completed their first year average over $135K, with our top rookies earning over $200K. Overall, veteran Stonhard Sales Reps average over $230K per year! 20% of our US sales team made over $300,000 per year.
