Territory Manager – Northern California & Nevada

We are expanding our U.S. team and we’re looking for a Territory Manager Northern California. In this full‑time remote role, you’ll manage a territory covering Northern California and Nevada - Madera County to the Oregon Border. You’ll meet with clients face‑to‑face, grow customer accounts, and represent Pope Packaging’s flexible and bulk packaging solutions across key agricultural and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities in Remote Sales

• Drive new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Build long‑term relationships with customers across your region
• Promote Pope Packaging’s flexible and bulk packaging range
• Manage territory activity and maintain regular client contact
• Prepare and negotiate customer‑focused proposals
• Track activity in Microsoft D365 CRM and manage deals from open to close
• Stay up to date on competitors and market trends

Ideal Territory Manager Northern California Profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Based in Northern California or nearby Nevada
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as required
• Strong communicator, self‑starter, and goal‑oriented
• CRM experience (D365 preferred)
• Packaging industry experience is a plus
