Job summary

MetalJobs Network seeks a Territory Manager – Outside Sales for a global specialty metals distributor in the Greater Seattle area. You will own your assigned territory, nurture existing relationships, and identify new business across aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 5+ years metals sales experience.
• Strong understanding of metals distribution and territory management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales in assigned territory with focus on retention and new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new accounts.
• Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify prospective customers through market research and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Branch Management, and Inventory teams to service customers.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales activity and territory performance.
