SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager in Jersey City, NJ and Hudson County, NY with remote flexibility. The role offers on-target earnings of $125,000+ (including a $75K base with uncapped bonus) and rapid career growth in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach in your territory.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care.
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities.
