Job summary

Brandt USA Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central US territory to develop, manage, and support growth across Brandt Construction Dealer products. You will drive sales, market share, and profitability by building dealer networks and executing strategic marketing plans.

The role requires coordinating with Dealers, achieving annual targets, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate documentation. Travel is expected to cover the Central US region as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years in agricultural sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally and hold a valid passport.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell budgeted annual product volumes in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and support dealers to maximize Brandt product line adoption.
  • Prepare customer status reports and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and customer needs to drive market performance.

Brandt USA Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Manager for Brandt Construction Dealer products for the Central US territory.

This position is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting sustained and profitable growth Brandt’s Construction Attachment, Material Handler, Machine Conversion and Trailer product lines through our Construction Dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible to maximize the sales, market share, and profitability in the given geographical area.

The Territory Manager drives sales growth within the assigned territory by supporting and developing dealers, executing marketing strategies, and achieving annual targets. This role manages territory expenses, maintains accurate sales documentation, and stays current on product knowledge and customer needs to ensure strong market performance.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Market and sell budgeted annual product volumes in assigned territory.
  • Must be accessible to Dealers and in some situations, to the end-user customers.
  • Ensure all Dealers are capable of handling the Brandt product line.
  • Ensure dealers are educated on Brandt’s Terms & Conditions, and all aspects of Brandt sales, service, and finance.
  • Manage territory expense budget to meet budget goals.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep current on product knowledge and equipment.
  • Keep current on customers’ business activities and needs.
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategies for territory.
  • Prepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow –up, and prospect reports as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
  • Working knowledge of agricultural machinery products, or similar industry.
  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
  • A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
  • Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred.
