Pape' Machinery - Agriculture & Turf Division in Willows, CA, is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. You will build lasting relationships with growers and agri‑business leaders, delivering advanced equipment solutions while driving growth and profitability in your territory.

As a field‑based role, you will travel in a company vehicle, work with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service, and enjoy a compensation package that includes

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in agriculture or related industries.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy‑duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers, producers, and agri‑business leaders.
• Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions and support customers.
• Develop new business while supporting existing clients and expanding market share.
• Represent Pape' Machinery as a visible leader in the territory.
• Spend time in the field, travel in a company‑provided sales vehicle, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service.
